Story

I’m taking on the Tough Mudder in September to raise funds for a cause close to my heart. British Epilepsy Association, known as Epilepsy Action. As many of you know, my young son has Epilepsy.

Epilepsy Action’s mission is to create a world without limits for people with epilepsy. They want to improve the lives of people with epilepsy and create a positive public attitude towards the condition.

They provide a range of advice, information and support to people affected by epilepsy. The support includes services such as a freephone helpline, talk and support groups, a befriending service and their website. They also campaign to ensure the voices of people affected by epilepsy are heard.

On Saturday 21st September 2024 I will be completing the Tough Mudder London South event:

10+ miles

20+ obstacles

The obstacles include:

a cage crawl

electroshock therapy

Everest

mud mile and more!

For the full obstacles of what I will have to endure, please see here
