Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to look at my fundraising page! I’m training towards completing a 5k Tough Mudder course in July to raise money for a charity that is very close to our hearts - Long COVID Kids. I’ve always wanted to do one of these challenges and being able to raise money for charity at the same time is amazing!
The research around Long Covid is underfunded and because the condition is relatively new, there is still so much that medical professionals don’t understand about how to help people with the condition.
As a parent, it’s really tough knowing how to support your child when they have Long Covid. There is little information or help out there. The Long Covid Kids charity are working tirelessly to give parents and children support and help in these tough times - they really are a lifeline!
